Keith Belcher Receives Degree from Georgia Tech

Keith Belcher of Columbus, GA, has earned a Master of Science in Operations Research from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta.

Belcher was among approximately 2,700 undergraduate and graduate students who received degrees during Georgia Tech's 247th commencement exercises.
